Description

  • Year of purchase:
  • Size measurements may have a margin of error of 1-3 cm due to the regulations regarding the bag's characteristics and materials.
  • Caution is needed as liquids containing alcohol, such as perfumes or hand sanitizers, can damage the leather.
  • Avoid using leather cleaners vigorously as dye may come off, even if the product is not dyed.
  • Pay attention to storing patent leather in high-humidity areas like hot cars in summer or near heating devices in winter, as stickiness may occur.
  • Due to the nature of patent leather, storing it in contact with other products for prolonged periods may cause color transfer, so please store it individually in a dust bag.
Shipping & Return

Shipping Details

  • Your item will be carefully packaged and shipped within 2-3 business days.

United States:     Orders typically arrive within 4-9 business days. Delays are very rare and only occur if customs cannot reach the recipient for clearance confirmation. In nearly all cases, your parcel is delivered within the stated timeframe.

Europe, Australia, and other destinations:     Delivery usually takes 5-10 business days after the order is placed. Again, postponements are extremely uncommon—they happen only when the courier cannot contact the recipient for customs clearance, and almost all shipments arrive on schedule.
  • While we strive for prompt delivery, occasional delays may occur due to customs procedures or unexpected circumstances. We’ll keep you informed every step of the way. (See details)

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled only while in "Order Received" status, before shipment preparation. (See details)

Return & Refund

  • If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, returns might be possible. Please contact us within 7 business days and send the item back within 7 business days after receiving our return instructions.
  • Returned items must be in good condition for a full refund and will not be accepted if they meet non-returnable conditions. (See details)

For example, in the United States:
