- Slight marks on the frame are not defects but characteristics of high-gloss and handmade products.
- Product bending (asymmetry, slippage, and nose pad asymmetry) is not a defect. For a better fit, visit a nearby optical shop for fitting (heat adjustment).
- For glasses, the basic lenses are demo lenses and may have some scratches. This is not a defect but a characteristic of demo lenses.
- The engraved details inside the frame may fade or smudge due to sweat and temperature during use. If printing appears unclear, it is not a functional issue but rather a production variance.
- For sunglasses, products are checked for condition through direct inspection. If necessary, repair work is carried out, and during this process, holograms (stickers, etc.) attached to the product may come off. This does not constitute grounds for exchange, refund, or defect. *Color differences may occur depending on monitor resolution, brightness, computer specifications, and images.

Shipping Details

• Your item will be carefully packaged and shipped within 2-3 business days.
  
  United States: Orders typically arrive within 5-9 business days. Delays are very rare and only occur if customs cannot reach the recipient for clearance confirmation. In nearly all cases, your parcel is delivered within the stated timeframe.
  
  Europe, Australia, and other destinations: Delivery usually takes 6-10 business days after the order is placed. Again, postponements are extremely uncommon—they happen only when the courier cannot contact the recipient for customs clearance, and almost all shipments arrive on schedule.
