Orders ship to the address registered for your company (one address per company, set up with your Trenbe contact before your first order). Just tell us who is ordering.

Paste the buyer's email (or just the ref numbers). Prices are recomputed from today's list and current settings, and compared with the amounts in the email.

How do I place an order?
Add items to your order list, click Review & send order request, and email the generated list to globalb2b@trenbe.com (or use Copy list). We confirm availability within 1 business day and send a secure payment link (card or PayPal). Your order is reserved once payment is received.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes — $2,000 in goods per order (shipping excluded).
How much is shipping?
DHL / FedEx express from Seoul, charged per item: $49 each for 1–5 items, $39 each for 6–10 items, $29 each for 11 or more. Shipping is added to your invoice. Typical transit is 3–7 business days after dispatch; we dispatch within about 6–8 business days of payment.
Who pays import duties and taxes?
You do. All orders ship DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid): you are the importer of record, and import duties, VAT/GST, customs brokerage and any local fees in the destination country are billed to you by the carrier or customs. These are not included in our prices or invoice. Please check your country's rules for pre-owned luxury goods before ordering.
Can I return or exchange items?
No — all B2B sales are final. Items are pre-owned and sold as described. Please review the photos, condition grade and product details on the item page carefully before ordering. If an item arrives materially different from its description or damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
What do the condition grades mean?
S+ unused / like new · S excellent, barely used · A+ very good, light signs of use · A good, visible but moderate wear · B+ fair, noticeable wear. Every item is inspected and authenticated by Trenbe before listing.
Are the items authentic?
Yes. Every item is owned by Trenbe and has passed Trenbe's in-house authentication (Korea's largest luxury resale authentication team). Items ship with Trenbe's authenticity guarantee.
Do you offer drop shipping?
No. B2B orders ship to your business address only; we do not ship to your end customers.
How are prices set and how often do they change?
Prices are in USD and shown before shipping, duties and taxes. The list is refreshed daily from Trenbe's inventory — items can sell out or change price, so we confirm availability and final pricing when we receive your request. Prices are never higher than the item's price on global.trenbe.com.
What payment methods do you accept?
We send a secure Shopify payment link that accepts major credit cards and PayPal. For larger orders, bank transfer (wire) can be arranged on request — contact globalb2b@trenbe.com.
